For many printing companies, achieving colour accuracy remains an ongoing challenge. The industry constantly evolves with changes in technology, materials, and heightened expectations from discerning customers and brands. While colour may meet expectations most of the time, the real challenge emerges when it doesn't.
The seminar series encompasses two key themes:
Print Operators: Essential insights and practical guidance for printer operators, including valuable tips and tricks to enhance consistency, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions. Much of this guidance offers common-sense approaches that can make a significant difference. We also teach you how to communicate the identified root of the issue.
Sales Professionals: Catering to sales professionals, or any customer-facing position, within printing companies. Their interactions with clients often revolve around meeting tight deadlines and providing cost-effective solutions. Serving renowned global brands, it can be challenging to navigate the expectations of brand managers and marketing executives who can request seemingly impossible tasks. This seminar explores the strategies for communicating effectively about colour-related concerns and help participants distinguish whether the issue lies with their own processes or is out of their control.
