He has been active in the industry for over 28 years, during which time he has travelled to many countries around the world to report on machinery installations at packaging and converting facilities in both industry sectors. He has also interviewed leading  owners, CEOs, Managing Directors and General Managers of some of the world’s leading machinery companies and fibre-based packaging manufacturers.

He has been a speaker at various industry events and open houses in Europe, North America and Asia over many decades, including FEFCO, AICC, TAPPI, UK Sheet Plant Association, SinoCorrugated and Corrugated Asia.
